For the past one month plus, Ntel known for their good data packages has been out of service for a while now.
Though their data network is still active but to reactivate it has become a herculean task which has left most of their patriotic subscribers unattended for weeks.

Ntel which is known for their poor customer self service requires subscribers to rely on their customer care for most services needed. Like data bundles/ WAWU renewal, one have to call or send a message to get such service rendered.

This has prompted most of their customers to remain out of data bundles for weeks whilst having the money for it.

Check out some of their customers complain and the pain they are been put through just to get a renewal for their data bundles.

No one has heard from them for weeks... Where is NTEL Nigeria?

The process of activation may be a bit difficult. You have to wait for 24hrs to be activated. Don't rely on self service, simply walk into any slot or pointek , phone 4u and other outlets to activate your ntel which will be up in less than max 24 to 48hrs.

Their unlimited activation is instant. Which comes at a very good price
