I have had terrible experiences with ecobank on several occasions. Whenever I'm wrongly debited, it becomes a herculean task to have the transaction reversed. I was wrongly debited 14000 over a month now but they refused to credited my account after filling forms on two occassions at two different branches . I have been debit for recharge cards on three occasions without getting the airtime. I'm thinking of sueing them. My questions to fellow Nairalands are : Is this what you are experiencing in your bank?, Which Nigerian bank do you recommend for me?
