That is the reason there should be no ambiguity. A simple omission not rectified now may cost a lot in human and material resources later on.
I understand your opinion, but we should allow a court of competent jurisdiction interpret the law when need be

You will have to ask Saraki and his colleagues who deleted count and left announce. They deleted it deliberately for a reason.
. How do you reason if I may ask in the hollow chamber, it's comprised of both Apc and pdp senators and other party senators the last time I checked Apc still have majority in the house and the bill in question passed through first reading, second reading and third reading. Pls put your facts together before opening your wide mouth to spill out trash like Oshiomole

OP, you know there is always two sides to a story. We have heard your side, now we must listen and hear their side.

To Atiku supporters, why don't you want the votes COUNTED?

There is no ambiguity in the Act except in the the mind if those that want to rig election. For instance in osun state result was already announced and pasted at the ward level when the state returning Office suspiciously altered it and it stood. This amendment help to treat manipulation at the state collation center where we all know results are manipulated.

Haba u should learn to understand the contest before misleading others.
The new electoral act is to allow the card ready do the computation automatically. The presiding officer is just to announce result..
