This man is also on trial for fraud, money laundry and other criminal charges.

This is Atiku's mouthpiece and main representative in the SW.

Looks like Atiku's entire campaign members are on trial for for criminal activities.

They say you are corrupt, but you still surround yourself with crooks on trial for corruption.

Even if it's witch hunt, how do you as a political candidate pic people on trial for corruption to represent you? Are there no decent people without any criminal issues within the PDP to represent their presidential candidate?

Fact is, they totally desensitized when it comes to corruption, it just doesn't bother them because it's their way of life.

If Tinubu who is Nigerias richest Ex Governor ever and a convicted drug dealer can be South West coordinator for APC then anyone can also be

If Ganduje AKA Gandollar can be North West Coordinator of the Buharis campaign despite multiple video evidence of him stealing state funds then Fayose can be too

If Babachir the 200 million Naira grass cutter can campaign openly for Buhari then anyone can too

On trial you said. Have they been convicted? You'll understand the true meaning of trial by the time Atiku hands over Jubrin to ICC.

The governor in Kano if found guilty should spend the rest of his life in jail, but according to the Nigerian constitution, he is immune from prosecution same way your uncle Fayose was till after his term in office.

I know many of you are Igbos are not Nigerians hence your ignorant understanding of Nigerian laws and constitution.

Btw, Ganduje is not a member of PMB's campaign team so clear off with your ignorant ipob nonsense.

It isn't that PDP stinks of corruption, but the contempt with which PDP elders regard any anti-corruption fight is what I find abominable.

I see! So the strategy of the ruling party in Nigeria is to charge every influential member of the main opposition to court on corruption allegations so as to whittle their influence and usefulness? You are joking? If I may ask, why did the APC field the late Abubakar Audu, Timipre Silva and recently governor Kayode Fayemi despite the corruption allegations against them? Why were former governors Babatunde Fashola and Rotimi Amaechi made ministers by an 'anti-corruption' government despite the report of corruption against them? Why was former governor Adams Oshiomhole made the ruling APC national Chairman? Were there no other 'untainted' or unaccused candidates for such positions? So, to you, there should be different moral standards for the APC and the PDP? Does asking this question by an APC propagandist not amount to hypocrisy?

That is not the the point Sir. The contempt of well meaning Nigerians on the so-called ant-corruption fight of the present government is the glaring partiality and political motive behind it. People are not fools except they pretend to be.

When they are defeated and found out, they resort to tribal rants. The issue of immunity is not the point here. The point is the moral behind it. By the way, why has the EFCC ( which most people perceive as an arm of the ruling party) not started investigating the Kano State governor, same way they did for former governor Fayose while he was yet enjoying immunity and the way they are 'investigating' or is it harrassing current governors of Benue and Akwa Ibom States, who are of the opposition? Is that not double standard?

You missed the point completely!

Perhaps there are political motives behind certain arraignments of alleged looters, but only courts of competent jurisdiction can find an accused "guilty" or "not guilty." That is, the motives of the prosecutors are immaterial to the merits of any case against the accused; if there's no valid evidence, the accused will simply walk!

In any case, the thrust of my argument centers on the attitude of many PDP bigwigs and their co-travelers who believe that the corruption fight must not come at the expense of any economic indicator. Yes, in the short run, these negative impacts are unavoidable. But the long run effect is a more efficient society and more developed institutions upon which a much robust economy is built. So the corruption fight is a categorical imperative!

Sir, no one is against the fight against corruption. The PDP you people erroneously accuse of being against the fight are the ones that created the EFCC and the ICPC in the first place. Corruption fight has also been going on before the inception of this current government. What people are saying is that the best way to succeed in fighting corruption is to put measures in place to make stealing and embezzlement a little bit diificut for people while focusing on growing the economy. Of course, thieves will still steal. Such thieves would then be sought after by the agencies in charge and dealt with according to law. But what is on ground is that the government pays so much attention to chasing suspects (those in the opposition) up and down and making so much noise about it, ostensibly to impress Nigerians of fighting corruption while so many citizens are losing their jobs, the value of our currency keeps on depreciating, the prices of essential commodities keep on rising astronomically, the cost of living getting so much higher, people dying of starvation etc. Majority of Nigerians are with the PDP on this. Initially they thought the APC controlled governmnt was sincere, but they now know better. Enough of entertainments and theatrics that do not put food on the table. Chasing rats in the kitchen when your children are yet to eat for days does not make economic sense. People are not fools except they pretend to be. Thank you.
