The result of the 8,301 candidates that sat for the post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination at the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, on Saturday had their results posted on the Internet less than an hour after the tests ended around 6.30pm.

A statement by the Assistant Director, Public Relations of the university, Mr. Lasun Somoye, in Abeokuta on Monday, said that the candidates were “shocked with disbelief” when the results came out on the internet almost immediately after the completion of the papers.

Confirming the development, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, Prof. Chyrss Onwuka, who is also the Chairman, post-UTME Screening Committee, described the measure as part of the “efforts of the incumbent management at raising the bar of excellence, which the university is noted for.”

The results of the just concluded Post-UME exercise is out. Candidates can now check their results Online at www.unaab.edu.ng/admission/.
