Today update from tribunal in abujaPDP 4th witness.

Mr Ariyo from ward 7, unit 10 Atakunmosa West insisted there was over voting in his ward, why cross examine him, INEC lawyer challenged PDP agent that he is not the same agent stood 4 PDP on election day, but Mr Ariyo insisted he is the agent and he signed the pink copy of form EC8B. APC lawyer asked if INEC stamped the pink copy of form EC8B and PDP witnessed said Certified True Copy (CTC) was altered and he showed the judges where the CtC was amended. He also inisited there was over voting. The Oyetola's lawyer asked whether PDP agent were at the voting centre till the end of voting exercise, PDP witness said Yes. He asked PDP witness if he has sighted the pink copy of form EC8A after election day but our witness confidencely said he sighted it twice, Which are election day and the day he went to tribunal in Osogbo to sign his complain. Truly the man performed beautifully.

5th PDP witness

PDP agent in ward 7 unit 008 Olorunda local government also PDP witness insisted there was over voting. Barr N.O Oke asked him if he can identify the pink copy he signed on election day in which he replied YES and N.O Oke later tendered it as an exhibit to the tribunal which tribunal finally accepted as exhibit. APC lawyer raised an observation while Barr. Oke asked PDP witness to cross checked the serial number on the CTC and the pink copy of form EC8A. The issue was resolve orally. While cross examine PDP witness, INEC lawyer asked if the pick copy presented by PDP is stamped by INEC but PDP witness said he is not an INEC staff, so it is negligence on the part of INEC. APC lawyer also tasked PDP witness to sign on a plane paper in which he signed correctly. Oyetola's lawyer asked if the result in CTC is what was announced on day, PDP witness said Yes but there are alterations on the CTC presented to him in the court. The tribunal finally caution APC lawyer and he became angry �������. APC lawyer also confirm that correction was made on CTC. Ado Garuba said he signed form EC8 before alterations. APC lawyer asked if other parties all has agent on the election day, he asked if he was at the poll till end of election, he said Yes. He asked if others party also signed, he said Yes. APC lawyer asked if he kept the result with him but PDP witness said he gave the result to his leader and later saw the result with his lawyer during signing of disposition at election tribunal registrar office in Osogbo.

OSUN ELECTION TRIBUNAL: PDP WITNESSESS INISISTS ON ALTERATIONS ON CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF INEC FORM EC8

It was a drama yesterday at Osun Election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja as the All Progressive Congress (APC) lawyer shocked when witness of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) called attention of the court to strange alterations on certified true copy (CTC) of form EC8.

This happened when PDP lawyer Barr. N.O Oke (SAN) asked PDP witness to compare the pink copy of form EC8 he collected on election day and the CTC. Counsel to APC raised an objection but tribunal Judge overrule his objection and this gave chance for the witness to expressed discrepancies between the two documents.

Virtually all the PDP witnessess pointed attention of the judges to alterations on CTC, although INEC and APC lawyers tried to turn the story upside but PDP witnessess insisted no alterations on pink copy which they rely on. Every PDP witness established over voting in their individual polling unit.

All efforts by respondents to manover PDP witnessess as those who cannot express themselves fluently in English language told the court in pigen English that "numbers of votes wey INEC announce is much than number of people wey dem accredit"

As at yesterday 13 PDP witnessess have appeared before the tribunal and the case continues today.

Osun Tribunal-Oyetola Town men Expose Over-Voting at Iragbiji

It was a political earthquake today at Osun election tribunal as PDP witnesses exposed over-Voting at Iragbiji,the home town of Gboyega Oyetola.

A top witness who is a caterpillar operator said the result on pink and white result sheets was doctored ,stating that most signatures on the Forms were not there originally included .

Affirming that the forms were doctored and altered ,the witness shouted out that "these are forged I.These are doctored"

The witness from unit 3 ,ward 4 of Iragbiji,Boripe local government said emphatically that there is over-Voting and alteration of form EC8.

Another witness from Iragbiji corroborated the earlier one,pointing out even during cross examination that over-Voting and doctoring of results sheet was rive during and after the poll.

OSUN ELECTION TRIBUNAL: PDP UNCOVERS ALTERATION ON INEC FORM EC8

As Osun state governorship Election tribunal continues, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has discovered and uncovered alterations on every units challenged by the party at the Osun Election petition tribunal. It was discovered during the cross examination of PDP witnesses at the tribunal sitting in the High Court Apo, Abuja.

My source who is also a PDP witness confirmed to me after cross examination by legal team of INEC, OYETOLA AND APC that pink copy which is political party agent's copy that was collected on election day is different from the Certified True Copy (CTC). He said in his ward total numbers of votes casted is above total numbers of accredited voters.

On whether alterations on CTC was brought to the attention of the court, my reliable source confirmed that every PDP witnesses who have appeared so far at the tribunal emphasised on the alterations discovered........
