 PDP is a party of thieves and rouges. You will hear that the funds for the contracts were fully paid for.Yes fully paid into their pockets without performances. It is only imbeciles and illitrates that dont know that contracts are being paid for on the basis of percentage of completion, that have to be got certified by relevant professionals after initial mobilisation |
