Anyway, two years ago, the school made a rule that students that have ever been matriculated in another school cannot hold any elective position.

What can those who do not support the rule do?

- Challenge the rule in court on the grounds that it is discriminatory. (This may be a tough option, for the university authorities may decide to victimize students who resort to such a bold action.)

- Refuse to be a member, or participate in any association in the university. If certain students cannot hold any elective position, they may as well not pay dues to any association in the school.
