whats this new rules to get money, from western union you have to have a bank account while abroad , i walk in some points and get money sent to by family or friends, what is CBN governor thinkin, i dont think that dude is doing anything ,  cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezeeeeeeeeee |

I am afraid it'll stay that way for now. Nigeria is a peculiar country and is the only one I know where such a practice is in place. The inconvenient requirement was introduced sequel to the unprecedented fraud wave that hit Western Union transfers then. |
