What Chile Eboe-Osuji is ignoring is this : There are more than 800 000 nigerians in Cote d'Ivoire. Those people will be the target when Ouattara is overthrown because Ivorians are fed up with immigrants whose countries do nothing by conspire against Cote d'Ivoire.
