Really? A one-liner had to be written down for a supposedly sane president including written instructions on where to place his finger and you wonder why or how it's news? So he cannot be trusted to perform such a simple function on his own? Isn't it then obvious that Buhari is mentally unfit and incapable of continuing in office?
