Rivers state governor Nyeso Wike in tears as he heard that appeal court sitting in Port Harcourt has granted stay of execution from a high court judgement nullifying all APC primaries.

Wike couldn't control his tears when he was told by his aide Oga Tonye Cole will be in the ballot.

Wike sensing the judgement will go the way of APC played a mind and sympathy game yesterday when he said federal government has pencil down 200 judges for intimidation after he claimed that federal government is in possession of CCB forms of judges.

But as learned and members of the bench the appeal court judges led by Justice A.A Gumel was not moved by Wike's mind game because judgement is not gotten by sentiment or sympathy but by proofs and evidences before the judges.
