The stay of execution came belated when Inec has already executed the action.....if the action to which the stay of execution ruling is placed have not been executed by Inec , then it will be valid upon Inec to obey it.....Having said that what this means is that those seeking for a stay of execution should seek for an order by the appellate court to compel Inec by way of an order to add their names back on the list but by so doing means they are already pre empting the other pending cases with regards whose name should be on the list...So invariably, APC has no candidate yet until a judgement is pronounced on who is to be there....Tonye Cole cannot lay claim yet. However, the case to determine this is on going....It is not a Uhuru yet for APC in Rivers.... APC rivers and the APC NWC brought this upon themselves...they should have reached an agreement to apiece the minds of the waring factions long before now!

Magnus Abe faction will not accept it If the ruling favours Tonye ...the same thing goes to Tonye too....the courts will decide...not the Inec

As it is , APC has no candidate yet and their names are not on their list.. So wait first my good friend before you go dey rejoice

Zombie... Fayose was never defeated....the last time I checked he ran his full 8 years despite the momentary impeachment he suffered towards the end of his first tenure.
