According to Buba Galadima, Justice Onnoghen rejected Bribe and ruled in favour of Buhari in 2008 presidential election petition however in 2011 presidential election petition the same justice Onnoghen ruled against Buhari.

So the question will be... What changed in 2011? Did he now collect bribe?

Recall that the then Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Dahiru Musdapher, along with

Justice Mahmud Mohammed,

Justice Walter Onnoghen,

Justice John Afolabi Fabiyi,

Justice Olufunlola Adekeye,

Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour, and

Justice Sylvester Ngwuta

chaired a seven-member panel of justices that heard the appeal filed by the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), challlenging the legality of the Presidency of President Goodluck Jonathan.

The Court will began hearing on 13th of December, 2011 and delivered judgment on the 28th of December 2018.

Buba Galadima, Saraki, Atiku and others are only opposing President Buhari because he did not allow them to loot after he was elected.

Their believe it that Atiku presidency is an opportunity to recoup all they missed in the last 4 years.

Lol. What you guys don't know is that the Supreme Court is the headquarters of bribery for judgement. This is how I think they do it: the CJ receive the bribe on the behalf of all the Justices and then they'll now agree within themselves which 3 of them would side the opposition and the rest 4 that would side the defendant. Those who ruled against Yaradua or Obasanjo or Goodluck, still collected their own share of the bribe, as much as those who were part of the majority opinion.
