Can you just imagine..... I always knew that clearing these articulated vehicles was achievable. The Government just choose to keep a blind eye. It is really unfortunate. And then this same party in Government are canvasing for our votes. hmmmm.... na wa oooh....

Like bees is to honey so our trucks is to roads.
As soon as baba returns to Abuja, they will take to the road.

Stand out with other non-lazy youths to learn how to do design for M&E companies. Available training are HVAC, electrical, fire fighting and plumbing including Revit MEP. Check siggy for more details.

It has become the norm as opposed to the exception.

It is the sight of parked trailers on flyover bridges in Lagos state.

These parked trailers typically line up along the stretch of a massive 12.4km of expressway – from Onipanu to the ports in Apapa.

Several bridges along the way are not spared of their presence and enormous weights.

The bridges affected include Ojuelegba, Abati, Stadium, Ijora, Iganmu, Eko, Carter and Jibowu bridges.

These parked articulated vehicles are also the cause of the chaotic traffic flow on and around these bridges.

Because of these parked trailers, journeys that ought to take a few minutes last for hours.

However, Lagosians woke up this morning to meet these bridges totally devoid of parked articulated vehicles.

Indeed, the nuisances created by these trucks have been relocated from these bridges.

A school of thought speculates that the relocation is because of the APC Presidential campaigns coming up tomorrow in Lagos. This could be true as these routes are part of the ones designated for the President's campaign motorcades to ply.

Whatever reason it is, Lagosians can only wish that this arrangement to rid these trailers from flyovers is sustained and made permanent.

See below pictures of some of the Flyovers as at this morning.

With this you people are still going to vote APC? Then Nigeria suffering can never end. Shows it's a bad government, vote them out.

Suffering and smiling is like a DNA in Nigerians blood.
Oya let's smile for few days to week cos those trailers are definitely coming back!

But becos the suffering is already part of our lives, we won't feel it too bad when they are back.

Lagos people should protest if they bring those Trucks back.

The "educated" slaves ruled by the Lord in Bourdillon protest? Laughable.

Is it the suffering and smiling that is even worse or the worst kind of Stockholm syndrome, my people have an untreatable case of? SMH.

This is just the problem of this country. Why will they clear all the trailers just because some notable figures would be coming to Lagos. How would this politicians feel the pains the masses are going through? They should have allowed Mr Buhari to spend like 8hours in gridlock so he too would feel our pains and who knows if this will prompt an urgent permanent solution.

You guys all know the problems, Yet if I mention Sowore here, you will all start defending the same people that destroyed the country.

What kind of behaviour is that

You can see for instance that bridges can be cleared in Lagos and by extension, Law and order can be maintained, even fvcking danfo drivers can be brought to order.

All these good things, you can have, but yet you will carry your own hand and go and pick bad thing, then still complain later

Madness!!!!!!!!!

During and days before the Access bank Marathon,All trailers and articulated vehicles were cleared from Onipan, down Abati, Ojuelegba, costain, eko bridge, etc.
After d next 2-days,they were all back.
NOW AGAIN
Becos of APC rally tomorrow, they have all been cleared again since Thursday,I know after d rally ,they will be back again.
If all these vehicles can be cleared for occasions..why is this Govt subjecting it's residents to this kind of Traffic hardship.
These clearing can't it be permanently.
Lagos state Government..which way please?.

Beyond your like and share exercise, do you have your PVC ready to do the needful next Saturday
What of your family and friends? Do they also have their own PVCs ready?
Because that is what INEC will count- votes by people with PVCs. INEC does not count nairaland likes and shares. Or do they

why must they clear tankers simply because of the lifeless one is coming, let him feel the pains residents are passing through on daily basis

I hope that you also have your own PVC ready and your family plus friends as well. Otherwise your nairaland likes amount to nothing for your candidate in the eyes of INEC. Understood
