I think it is too early to start celebrating. The court is still in session and lawyers are still arguing their applications. The Supreme Court is yet to rule on the substantive matter. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed at this point.

Except it is on another prayer before the court not same issue

Order of Mandamus I said this earlier on another thread. The writ of mandamus has been employed and achieved.

The ruling the other day was on something else but all of you didn't understand and I tried pointing it out on another thread.

Today is for the ability for APC to contest in rivers or not and an Order of Mandamus has been given.

INEC has no choice but obey.

There was no order in the Judgement passed by the Supreme court on Friday. You must have been misled by the media bought by Wike.

What the Supreme decided was that, APC legal adviser was right to have initiated a court on behalf of APC and not any other person. So the issue was a matter of representation not the substantive suit..
