They should be arrested and badges taken away. They have undermined another member of authority like themselves, offended and frightened people and along with undermined public trust in the government. Regardless to the offense committed they must conduct official disputes behind closed doors and up the ranks.

I was present when this happened. first off that is karota not road safety and he was beaten because he refused to let their lane pass after signaling sirens for some while.

Let us all try to report credible news. That's not Road Safety official, the uniform says it all.

An official of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) was brutally beaten by gun-wielding policemen in public.

The road safety officer was beaten and dragged along in the road in the presence of a baying crowd including children.

Facebook user Jamilu Ibrahim who lives in Kano state, shared a video of the assault on the FRSC official but didn't give the reason why he was beaten as he labelled it injustice.

Some online users alleged that the official might have offended the policemen for him to be brutalized in such manner.
