The former INEC Chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega has said that, electorate can vote with any figer provided his thumbprint on the ballot paper is within the column or box against the party of his/her choice. "Ballot paper is not finger sensitive. you can vote with any finger, just don't let the mark Cross into another box. #NigeriaDecides2019" This is coming against what's been making round that, only the index finger is the appropriate for voting.
