Could this be as a result of ipob/southeast factor. Where maybe they thought that ipob election boycott will bring low turn out in Southeast and they where counting on exploiting it, only to hear all of a sudden that ipob has called of their boycott and that forced them into last minute postponement knowing fully well that as usual it will be only way to cause easterners voting apathy, cause of the traveling involved. Been the highest traveling region. My thought though.
