We all know NNPC is no longer relevant. Crude Oil sales can be monitored by a single department in the Federal Ministry of Petroleum, while its assets (e.g refineries) are sold-off to people that can make it functional.

What is there in nnpc to sell? The refineries are not working. So, what's the big deal, the longer the equipment remain there, the lesser their values become.
