Many Nigerians don’t understand English. Buhari didn’t say “shoot on sight, but ballot snatchers risk their lives. If a security force confronts him, fire exchanges may kill him. It’s armed robbery. He is not robbing a person or firm but the state. He is robbing Nigeria.
