I just got this from the INEC website stating the breakdown of the collection rate of the PVC on state by state basis. Kastina has the highest collection rate with about 98% while Ogun has the lowest collection rate of 71%

Seems you've not noticed that the total number of PVC's collected in Kano and Katsina alone dwarfs that of the entire Southeast. Buhari is sure of 80% of the votes in these two States, is Atiku even sure of 70% in the entire Southeast? Just like Ballard told Atiku's campaign, numbers ain't adding up. I see Baba Buhari winning this election.
