With the way the country is going division is next to near....Yorubas now unreasonably attacking the igbos, if a reprisal should begin in the east it could escalate to a full grown war...in conflict resolution this is just the first phase....if not managed properly it will result in something difficult to curtail and the name Nigeria will be no more...

People without bank account or without ATM cards or illiterate/semi literate people (they are plenty) would be summarily disenfranchised.

People with multiple bank accounts/ATM cards nko? Have you heard of people with multiple BVN? Electronic or paper ballot, they will still find a way to undermine the system.

Electronic is the best and cheaper way to go but there should be option of paper ballot for people who are not so tech savvy
