David Beckham has had a statue of himself unveiled in Los Angeles. The ex Manchester united, Real Madrid, SC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder attended the LA Galaxy's 2-1 win over the Chicago Fire on the opening day of the 2019 MLS season. The former England captain played for LA Galaxy between 2007 and 2012. He led La Galaxy to two championships, and he is still held in high regard in California.
