Why did every organization always dive into the job of another organisation's core area in Nigeria?
Often times the organization that specialized in such area are underfunded and another over funded will take over their duties.
Why will army danble into the work of National Park service that employed specialist in game reserve and management, while they have not been able to secure the territorial integrity of this nation properly.

I wonder. If the army does not know it’s job, it needs to be reminded

Whao! Joblessness stinks, they have lost sense of their responsibility, Even the dignity of being a Uniform man is Lost because ordinary internal threat, they have not been able to conquer, The Man at the helm of affairs just hands out ridiculous instruction and they follow orders without questioning the rationale,
Zoo belongs to the National Museum another body in a Country Not the Military

Not by selling forms periodically o... They are meant to be recruiting everyday. A normal Nigerian should be able to say... " Oh, I want to resign, go into the military, do two tours and then go back to my normal day work"
