For the second time in a week, a chieftain of APC in Abia State, Chief Ikechi Emenike has suffered two fatal losses in his bid to claim the governorship candidacy of APC in the state.

The Supreme Court this on Tuesday morning Dismissed the Suit filed by Chief Ikechi Emenike against the Candidate of the All Progress Congress in Abia State Dr Uche Ogah.

The Court Said his Appeal against the Judgement of the Court of Appeal is now Status Barred.

All efforts by ABN TV to reach Chief Emenike proved abortive. However, a source close to the politician said he has directed his supporters to massively vote for Dr. Uche Ogah in the Saturday's governorship election in the state.
