Ten Nigerian States Leading In Human Development Index In The Last Ten Yrs by Chimok: 6:02pm On Mar 11, 2019
According to the WorldBank, these states have seen their fortunes turned around in the last ten years.
There have been serious development in education and infrastructure in these states.

These states have been awarded these positions based on points accrued through their various developmental strides in these two markers - Education and Infrastructure.

The state leading the park is
Anambra - 76 points
Enugu - 71 points
Abia - 67 points
Delta - 58 points
Akwaibom - 57 points
Lagos - 54 points
Edo - 53 points
Rivers - 49 points
Cross River - 45 points
Ebonyi - 42 points.
The state at the bottom is Bauchi with 09 points and Abuja was not covered in the the three yrs survey
