Eye service....  You should have peg it as few best Secondary schools in Borno and not generalized as "Public Schools." Because as at the last time I went to Mamalari Secondary school, Shagari Lowcost. It was an eyesore... Not fenced, you see the feaces of humans and that of goats inside some classrooms.
