#IMN Great Victory in Court:

The Kaduna Court of Appeal today (Thursday 28th March, 2019) threw out two appeals brought by the wicked mass murderer and notorious Child-killer #Elrufai against two landmark judgements given by two separate Kaduna High Courts that discharged and acquitted members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria for lack of merit.

In first of the two appeals, Elrufai on behalf of the paid Saudi agents in Nigeria had appealed against the judgement of the state High court that in November 2017 discharged and acquitted 15 members of the Islamic Movement who were arrested a few days after the Zaria Genocide in Kaduna for protesting the mass murder and abduction of Sheikh Zakzaky, and tried for sundry offences including unlawful assembly and causing bodily hurt to police and security officers.

The second appeal was against the judgement that also discharged and acquitted about a hundred members of the Islamic Movement who were the survivors of the Saudi-sponsored #ZariaGenocide of December 2015 and tried for alleged offences including culpable homicide.

Dear Friends,

These freed members of the Islamic Movement spent more than 3 years in the dilapidated Kaduna central prison. Some of the survivors died from bullet wounds due to lack of medical attention. Some of them were students and 3 years wasted in prison. Some of them lost their Jobs while in prison. Some of them contacted life-threatening illnesses while in prison.

The question that we ask is that who should be held responsible for the 3 wasted years in a dilapidated prison of these 100+ innocent Nigerian citizens? They are innocent but the bloodthirsty Wahhabi barbarians who slaughtered 1000+ innocent souls in Zaria in less than 72 hours fabricated fraudulent charges against them and dumped them in prison with no bail.

Congratulations to Imam Asr (as) for this great victory! Congratulations to the freed brothers and sisters for your freedom. And salutation to the brothers that assembled this formidable legal team that is diligent and hardworking. We thank the Legal Team for all their effort.
