INEC Adjourns Collation Of Rivers Governorship Election Results Until Wednesday by Mandynews(f): 7:30pm On Apr 02, 2019
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has adjourned to Wednesday morning for further declaration of results of the Governorship election results in Rivers State.

Though there are 23 Local Government Areas in Rivers State INEC said results are available for only 17.
So far results from 15 local government areas have been announced while the commission said those for the remaining two local government areas will be announced on Wednesday.

Meanwhile the Peoples Democratic Party has been declared winner of the Rivers west and Rivers East senatorial district elections as well as the Degema/Bonny Federal constituency elections.

With the results already announced, this election seem inconclusively conclusive for PDP except the remaining LGAs turn out to be Greater Oyigbo LGAs.
