i received an email stating among others that i won a big amount and they are using one of a bank in nigeria the OCEANIC BANK, and they required me to may 450 dollar  for the courier so they can send it to me here in the Philippines.   How true it is? and ow will i know that this is an legal and legitimate? thank you,
