Seven political parties have applied to the Federal High Court asking that Rochas Okorocha should not be issued a Certificate of Return.

The parties, which are joinders in the case, argued that Okorocha did not win the election.

Governor Okorocha contested the Orlu West Senatorial district of Imo State on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and was declared the winner in controversial circumstances.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, withheld the certificate, prompting Okorocha to ask the court to compel the Commission to issue him the Certificate of Return.

Following arguments over service of court processes, Justice Taiwo O. Taiwo ordered that parties in the matter be served all the court processes and adjourned to April 9, 2019.

they are fighting against themselves...

let them allow him go for him to contest for Senate president...

I tell you the truth... Rochas is better than all of them put together...

the only crime he committed was working with only family members and trying to make his son Inlaw governor

Efforts in futility.in the end, inec will still give him the certificate.if they can declare ihedioha who didnt fulfill the 2/3 requirement, they would give rochas his cert after all the law states that once elections have been declared, only the tribunal can cancel it.

Okorocha the man who rode on the goodwill of his people in to the corridors of political power, suddenly saw himself a demigod and a totalitarian. His compounding political ordeals are lined up like maraba-nyanya hold up by 6-9 a.m. Rubbish and ingredients.

The election is not free and fair....at the same time, only the Tribunal have the power to nullify his election. INEC should give him his certificate and aggrieved party should approach the tribunal

He is going about appointing people into Owerri Capital Development, to scuttle plans of Ihedioha to develop Owerri.
I trust that Ihedioha will do the needful by nullifying their appointments.
Okorocha is a very desperate, greedy, power grabbing imp.
Hope Ihedioha would help people recover their lands he confiscated forecefully through Uche Nwosu.
