These are normal machines for shaping metals such as lathe machine milling machines, drilling machines etc.

These equipment are supposed to fill this country for any technological growth

Those are lathes and milling machines. With the right know how they can be used to fabricate small arms but I didn't see anything in the video to suggest that they were producing IED's in that particular location.

Boko haram are not just kiling 4 fun, i learnt they're equally seeking for an islamic territory which they can govern.

And those machines aren't anything special . They are just basic tools you using in bending iron that have been repurposed to fashion out weapons.
