I know I'm among those affected. I keep calling and mailing Glo every day on stupid charges on my data. Almost gave up blogging when glo made me spend more than 30k monthly on data. And whenever I ask for breakdown, they keep telling me to get a police statement for my own data consumption breakdown. Don't even get me started with MTN, you buy card from your account, bank debit you, VTU tells u that u have been credited and u never find the money in ur account. |
