Qualification/Experience/Skills;
• BSC/HND in any related discipline
• 1-3 Years of experience in Financial sales role.
• Prior sales experience in Insurance will be an added advantage
• Must demonstrate capacity to represent the Management.
• Very innovative and able to take strategic initiatives.
• Sound planning and organizational skills
• Team Building and Management Skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
