APC North-East Youths Blast Tinubu And Oshiomhole, Want Oshiomhole Expelled by ChaleeBendel: 9:54am On Apr 26, 2019
The North-East Youth Wing of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has raised concerns about the “crass and ghetto mentality” of Adams Oshiohmole, the National Chairman of the party.

In a statement issued on Thursday by Abubakar Maigari, the secretary of the organisation, the youth wing said this behaviour could collapse the party.

They pointed out that the threat by Oshiomhole and Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the APC, to send away members of the National Assembly who opposed the imposition agenda is "appalling".

The APC Zonal Youth, Abuja chapter, noted that the leadership of the duo of Tinubu and Oshiomhole has created confusion and eventual loss of some states to the opposition in the 2019 elections.

The statement read: “Several members of the ruling party have been lost to the opposition since Oshiomhole became APC National Chairman on June 23, 2018, yet, the looming 9th National Assembly leadership election crisis may threaten the corporate existence of the ruling party.

This is the same Tinubu our SW brothers are banking on to win 2023 presidential election.

The way Tinubu would be marginalised going to 2023, only God would save him.

I'm just watching if the legislators would allow themselves to be pocketed by the executives the way APC is planning.

It'll be very dangerous not only to the legislators but the country as a whole. Buhari's kind of government needs a very vibrant National Assembly to keep it in checks!

Northern Nigeria political leaders are preparing their scripts to keep power in the north starting from 2023.

The likes of Tinubu, Oshiomole might as well be the sacrificial lamb to achieve that selfish target.

Moreover, President Muhammadu Buhari has won a second term tenure of which they do not need the likes of Tinubu nor Oshiomole.
