I am a foreign trained graduate. I went to camp in Ogun and did relocation to Lagos.

I was at the Lagos secretariat for Registration and one of the requirements for registration is “physical verification slip”

Please what is this and how do I get it?

Any foreign trained graduate in the house

am also a foreign student camp at taraba ,,, physical verification was done by NYSC official from abuja 2nd week in camp ,,, and a slip was given to us to attach to our file ,,,, i made a photo copy because i know they will ask in ogun state
