Massive deployment has hit the Presidential Villa, Abuja with many security operatives and civil servants affected, our correspondent reports.

Circular to this effect had been issued and affected staff have since been communicated to, Daily Trust learnt.

The transfers, our correspondent reports affected many staff, including those who had been in the villa for over two decades. The deployment comes a month to the inauguration of President Muhammadu Buhari for the second term on Wednesday, 29th May,this year.

A circular from the office of the Head of Service of the federation, dated April 24, revealed that a total of 71 staff on SGL 07-14 were affected.

The circular signed by Director, Employee Mobility, M. S. Naibi in the office of HoS, said all handing and taking over process should be completed on or before Friday 3rd May,2019.

“Any disregard of this deployment shall be treated in accordance with provision of PSR 030301(b),” it stated. The affected staff are moving to ministries of Education, Helth, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Environment and office of the SGF and the Head of Service among others.

A presidential staff said, “This is the first time we are witnessing this kind of massive deployment from the Villa.

It just had to happen. The election result in Abuja especially at Aso rock where Atiku won Buhari in one of the polling units showed Buhari that he was surrounded by enemies in his own house.

People saying Buhari did wrong should know that those people refused to vote for Buhari and wanted to vote him out because free money doesn't go round in aso rock any more. Apart from your salaries and allowances don't or any legit money, don't expect any Ghana must go bag from Buhari. These people in aso rock were expecting, Ghana must go bags, appointments, slots etc but Buhari wasn't cut out for that.

That house has to be filled with supporters and allied tribes. They are used to be so many haters in the house. That’s why they poisoned pmb the first time and he had to go to London to fix himself. They thought he was already dead so that osibanjo can take over. But thank God for keeping him alive.

How can u be in an establishment for 20 years. Extant public service rules states that officer should be deploy from one agency to another if you have spent four years in that agency. Let others enjoy the presidency joor.

I would have been surprised if this was not done. Because one cannot explain why every step that is about to be taken by the president or anyone at the villa gets to the public domain before anything. There are too many saboteurs amongst them who are working for pdp and some journalists by leaking sensitive information to them.

I think Buhari want to replace them with Almanjiri, Fulani herdsmen, Biko Haram returnee and ISWAT I guess.

2019 election main factor but no matter how apc and Buhari try to play smart the more looser they will be.
