Definitely the headmen crisis is a very disturbing one and all hands need to be on deck to solve this menace.
Unlike IPOB it is almost impossible to proscribe a tribe as this may result into war crimes and massacre. But there is certainly solution to this but however we can't get this solution the way we are treating the menace as a nation.
Firstly heardsmen crisis has nothing to do with religion , no any jihad campaign because average killer herdsmen dont have a religion.
Secondly we need to get this group if people thoroughly understudied to get to the root of this problem
From my research of this crisis, I can confirm to you that its by nature for an uncivilized herdsmen to be violence and a treat to the society. This is due largely to the fact that they are not well integrated in to the community. Thus they are more of survival of the fittest. They basically lack the required interrelationships skills of a modern community. Now can we have a process to integrate them
