Someone pls help me out. My sister has checked hers and it's displaying RESULTS WITHHELD and she said it's due to mainly when someone regs more than once, but she didn't reg more than once. Pls is there anyone similar probs, and what could be the way out?

Honestly u still have a lot to learn if that is the definition of your education. Well I'm sure u didn't check your dictionary. Go to any university faculty of education and ask any of their student to define education and tell u who is an educated person.
