NOTICE TO ALL FOLLOWERS. THE CLIENT DECIDE IN GOING FOR A BASEMENT BUT TWO THINGS MIGHT HAPPEN; 1. After the basement he can either decide to continue the bungalow with pent 2. He might cut off the pent and that implies that NO MORE PENT. My advice to followers, only buy a sloppy land when you have a reason for it. Thanks |

loffers:Exactly! I love your comment and curiosity Sir. Wasn't the one who started the drawings, was contacted to pick it up from there, so we have to do a lot of internal modifications not really affecting the external view as the client stressed his taste, just for the a little recess in front. For distance sake,we were unable to find our way from Lagos to Ado to do site reconnaissance before preparing the BOQ. No plan for basement from scratch and after seeing the present challenge the client wanted to see the height before he decide either to fill up or covert to a basement BECAUSE of fund as Hum2020 earlier rightly guessed.
