Cold, pain and weakness..... Persistent Malaria, sickle cell disease, pernicious or aplastic anemia, fibromyalgia, heart disease to mention but a few. ALS is too extreme and no mention of the characteristic symptom of it was made by you either.

OP have you and your fiancée explored all the other possible differential diagnoses above ?

The sickness has no cure tho I searched a drug recommended from USA rilutek it cost 60k but I heard it only prolong the person life to 3 or 4 month the thought of losing her makes me scared .
