Mrs. Fashola who is Naira Marley’s Mother was in court toward the beginning of today at the arraignment of her child who has now been remanded in EFCC guardianship till May 30th.



Naira Marley argued not blameworthy to the charges favored against him and in perspective on his requests, the arraignment counsel, Rotimi Oyedepo, approached the court for a preliminary date.

He likewise petitioned God for quickened becoming aware of the case and asked the court to remand the respondent in jail guardianship. Advice to the litigant, Taiwo Oluwa Ore-Agba, approached the court for a date to hear the safeguard application for sake his customer.

Thus, Justice Oweibo suspended the case to May 30, 2019 and requested the respondent to be remanded in jail authority pending the becoming aware of the safeguard application.
