The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Bello Matawalle of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) winner of Zamfara state governorship election.

Mahmood Yakubu, INEC chairman, announced this during a press conference in Abuja on Saturday.

He also said the party won in all elective positions in the state.

He said this followed the supreme court decision sacking all candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the general election.

The apex court had ruled the party did not hold a valid primary election and subsequently voided its votes.

Matawalle had scored 189,452 to emerge second in the governorship election.

Under his watch, his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa, Zamfara and Anambra states.
At the recent Council of States meeting, Gov Willie Obiano publicly registered his appreciation to President Buhari, for the level playing ground he made available during the election in his state. With do or die apostles, and a certain political party in power, such would never happen. Not with their garrison mentality. All states are territories that must be conquered, willy-nilly.

APC has won gubernatorial positions under Buhari in Kogi, Ondo and Edo states. The victories were fair and square. The party lost in Bayelsa, Zamfara and Anambra.
This President would never manipulate victory for anyone, not even his own party. And you ask us not to trust him? We will, and no mistake.

Thank God we now have a President who does not call Judges to dictate judgements to them. But why is it that if judgement favours PDP then it is victory for democracy but when judgement favour APC it is rape on democracy? Are some people mad or just senselessly senseless e.g. Atikuchukwu, Secondus, FFK, Sheu Sani, Wike, Fayose?

However, bear in mind that there is no judge born of a woman or spirit that can ask Buhari to vacate Aso Rock. So, don't be too expectant you idiots.
