When students damage their school properties, they will later pay for times 10 of what they have destroyed there generating money for the management to steal. Their actions are unwise.

This their fast is over hype, they eat by 7am and 7pm. Just the lunch missing. 50% of Nigerians don't eat 3 times a day.
They burnt down Health centre because of one person forgetting that the remaining thousands depend on it for first aid and care.
In the long run, they MUST pay any amount the school charges them but they are complaining about hikes in school fees already.
Some people's education is nothing but paper qualification.

Same thing happened when we went on Aluta rampage in my school, burnt several vehicles, at the end we paid for replacement of everything destroyed.
The school was shutdown, then 100 level and 500 level the peaceful levels were asked to resume first and you must show your payment at the gate before entry, the 200 and 400 and lastly the troublesome 300 level

The annoying thing about this stupid action by some unscrupulous students is that, our ongoing examination has been postponed and we will still pay for damages. It was supposed to be a peaceful protest according to what the SUG president said. Suddenly, some idiots amongst them started shouting and threw sachet water at him, and that was the end.

is the Fasting still going on.I am scared of Mohammed Salah to night o....to me I don't think it is ideal to be fasting and engaging in brutal physical activities like football
Re: Osun Poly, Iree Students Burn Down Medical Center Over Colleague's Death by joyfullyjoyous(f): 6:44pm On Jun 01, 2019
This is way too bad.
You blame some people for negligence but you committed a greater offence (arson) which could have even led to loss of lives.
Now who is more wicked?
Any moment from now students would be ejected from the school lectures stop students asked to pay in triple the destroyed things as a Yoruba saying goes "Ile oba to jo,ewa lo bu si". Lecturers continue to get paid, lecture or no lecture.
That's called animal mentality.
They should have resulted to peaceful demonstration.
May the soul of the departed through the mercy of God rest in peace(Amen).

They alleged that medical personnel had left the clinic as at the time a Higher National Diploma I student, Aminu Sheu Hammed was brought in after slumping in the examination hall.

Sheu had slumped immediately after writing his second semester examination and died hours later at a hospital outside the school campus, Osun Defender reports.

Sheu, a student of the Department of Applied Chemistry was said to have been observing the ongoing Ramadan fast before he suddenly lost balance after submitting his paper to invigilators at the PLT examination hall.

According to the polytechnic’s Public Relations Officer, Mr. Tope Abiola, Sheu was said to have been rushed to the school’s clinic at about 4:30pm where medical personnel on duty made frantic efforts to resuscitate him but to no avail.

Abiola said that Sheu was immediately referred to another hospital in the polytechnic town in order to get more hands from other medical personnel.

Unfortunately, Sheu gave up the ghost few minutes later at Ogo Oluwa hospital where he was taken to in the school ambulance.

Abiola said that the deceased was observing the Ramadan fasting and that he might have slumped due to loss of strength.
