Why are all these facilities situated around Abeokuta's axis? What happened to other areas? Don't they deserve some level of facelift?

Nice jobs up there but they remain in Abeouta. Show us the pictures of itele and her road, show us ojuore, ota, lafenwa, agbara, iju and the likes, they had zero attention, the roads are nothing to write home about, no plans for them at all. The man just made Abeokuta more beautiful....
