since the Kaakaki program seemed to be the main culprit, that program should have been suspended & AIT hit with progressive fines (a higher amount for every subsequent infraction).

That will be detrimental to the position of the press as the 4th estate of the realm and injurious to the tenets of our democracy or is Buhari trying to suspend the Constitution of the Land. He should come out clear with his plans, it is going to one week after his inauguration and the demented man in Ask Rock has not made a major appointment not even constituting of his kitchen Cabinet.
