Ondo State governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, on Saturday embarked on an Inspection tour of the ongoing construction of 100 beds General Hospital in Ifon, Ose Local Government Area of the state.

The governor later took to his twitter handle to express his satisfaction with the progress of work being made so far.

In his words, "I made a quick stop to assess the progress of the brand new Ifon General Hospital in Ifon, the headquarters of Ose LGA. It was quite worrisome that a fast growing town and the seat of the LGA did not have a functioning hospital. Happy with the progress being made. #DevelopOndo"

The ongoing construction of the Hospital is a special programme under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in partnership with the Governor Akeredolu's administration.

The work has reached an appreciable level.
