The man was completely naked in the photo, save for an ankle monitor on his leg, showing he's on house arrest. The lady, who had on a lace lingerie, posed with her butt pushed back into the man's naked crotch as she took a mirror photo of them.

Her name is Sally Kanu. She has the same mother but a different father from Nnamdi Kanu.

Kanu's mother had her as result of an adulterous fling with a wealthy man while she she went for August meeting. The rich man paid Kanu's father to keep quiet and accept the bastard child.
