Tafawa Balewa's son, Abubakar Tafawa-Balewa has stated that it's unlawful for APC gubernatorial candidate in Rivers State and Business executive Tonye Cole to take photos of young man who told Wole Soyinka to leave his seat in an airplane.

The Editor-In-Chief of Mode Men Magazine who reacted to the airplane incident that went viral and sparked controversy, stated that the photos were taken to shame the young man. Tafawa Balewa's son who reacted to the story via Facebook where he stated that it is unlawful for Tonye Cole to take photos of young man who told Wole Soyinka to leave his seat in an airplane, wrote;

The young man in question will do well to get a good Lawyer. Tonye Cole will settle out of court with him on juicy terms. Tonye Cole has more to loose given his exposure in business and politics. It certainly will cost Tonye Cole more all things considered, to contest a Fundamental Rights Enforcement Proceedings by the young man.
